Owners Ian and Dawn Lewis-Dalby have established Falconwood on a lifetime's experience in the hotel and catering trade. Having owned and run several restaurants and hotels, Ian's Master Chef skills are now employed purely for the delight of their guests. Falconwood is fast becoming the choice of anyone wanting superb accommodation and excellent food in this beautiful corner of England. As well as the best of English breakfasts, for those requiring it, Ian can also provide a delicious four course evening meal prepared freshly and individually to order. Falconwood also has a residential licence so that guests are able to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and wine with their meal.
